This policy describes how SISO Tech collects, uses, and protects your personal data on the 4AS Pest Control platform.
1. Who We Are
SISO Tech is a technology company responsible for the development and operation of the 4AS Pest Control SaaS system, a management platform for pest control companies. Our institutional website is siso-tech.com and the privacy contact is 4aspestcontrol@siso-tech.com.
2. What Data We Collect
Registration data
Full name, email address, phone number and password (stored as bcrypt hash).
Company data
Company name, CNPJ/registration number, business address and company contact information.
Payment data
Processed exclusively by Stripe. SISO Tech does not store credit or debit card data — only subscription identifiers provided by Stripe.
Usage data
Information about platform usage: service orders created, reports generated, access dates and times, and IP address.
Technician data
Name, role, contact data, and service history of technicians registered by the contracting company.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide and maintain the 4AS Pest Control SaaS service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
- Send transactional notifications (confirmations, expiration alerts)
- Provide technical support and customer service
- Improve the platform based on aggregated and anonymous usage data
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
4. Who We Share With
Supabase
Database and authentication. Data stored on secure infrastructure with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled.
Stripe
Payment processing. Billing data handled in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy.
Vercel
Frontend hosting. Traffic data processed on Vercel's edge servers.
Render
Backend/API hosting. Cloud infrastructure with environment isolation.
5. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS: All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS.
- bcrypt: Passwords are stored exclusively as salted hashes.
- JWT: Authentication based on short-lived tokens.
- RLS (Row Level Security): Each company can only access its own data in Supabase.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained while the account is active. After subscription cancellation, data is retained for 90 days for recovery and legal compliance purposes. After this period, data is permanently deleted from our systems. Users may request early deletion by sending a request to 4aspestcontrol@siso-tech.com.
7. Your Rights (LGPD)
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), you have the right to:
- Confirm the existence of processing of your personal data
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
- Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data
- Request portability of your data to another provider
- Revoke previously given consent
- Object to data processing in case of non-compliance with the LGPD

8. Cookies and Local Storage
The 4AS Pest Control platform uses localStorage to store session preferences and client-side authentication tokens. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools.
The siso-tech.com institutional website does not use analytical or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies for website functionality may be used.
9. Minors
The 4AS Pest Control service is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can proceed with its deletion.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be periodically updated to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Whenever there are significant changes, we will notify users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
