This Privacy Policy is divided into two parts: Part 1 explains how we handle the data of visitors to this website (siso-tech.com); Part 2 explains how we handle the data of users of the 4AS Pest Control platform, a SaaS product developed and operated by SISO Digital.
Part 1 — Institutional Website Privacy

A.2. What Data We Collect
- Contact form: name, email, subject and message, when you choose to contact us.
- Browsing: usage data collected via Google Analytics (GA4) — subject to your prior consent (see A.4).
- Technical data: IP address and access data automatically processed by our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Cloudflare) for the operation and security of the website.

A.4. Cookies and Consent
This website uses non-essential cookies (Google Analytics) only with your prior consent, obtained through the cookie notice shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time via the 'Cookie preferences' link in the website footer. No analytics cookie is loaded before you give consent.
A.5. Retention
Contact messages: kept for up to 12 months after the last interaction. Analytics data (GA4): event data retained for 2 months; user/device-associated data retained for 14 months, automatically reset with each new activity.
A.6. Sharing with Third Parties (Sub-processors)
To operate this website, we share data with: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN/security), Google Analytics (analytics, subject to consent), and our SMTP provider (sending contact form emails).
A.7. International Transfers
Some of the providers above are companies based in the United States, so your personal data may be transferred to, or processed from, the United States. These transfers rely on the appropriate safeguards provided by law, namely the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (together with the ICO-approved addendum for the United Kingdom), included in those providers' data processing agreements and, where applicable, their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A.8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. Part 2 — 4AS Pest Control Platform Privacy
1. Who We Are
SISO Digital is a technology company responsible for the development and operation of the 4AS Pest Control SaaS system, a management platform for pest control companies. Our institutional website is siso-tech.com and the privacy contact is 4aspestcontrol@siso-tech.com.
2. What Data We Collect
Registration data
Full name, email address, phone number and password (stored as bcrypt hash).
Company data
Company name, CNPJ/registration number, business address and company contact information.
Payment data
Processed exclusively by Stripe. SISO Digital does not store credit or debit card data — only subscription identifiers provided by Stripe.
Usage data
Information about platform usage: service orders created, reports generated, access dates and times, and IP address.
Technician data
Name, role, contact data, and service history of technicians registered by the contracting company.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Provide and maintain the 4AS Pest Control SaaS service
- Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
- Send transactional notifications (confirmations, expiration alerts)
- Provide technical support and customer service
- Improve the platform based on aggregated and anonymous usage data
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
4. Who We Share With
Supabase
Database and authentication. Data stored on secure infrastructure with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled.
Stripe
Payment processing. Billing data handled in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy.
Vercel
Frontend hosting. Traffic data processed on Vercel's edge servers.
Render
Backend/API hosting. Cloud infrastructure with environment isolation.
Google Analytics
Google's audience analytics tool. Browsing data from the siso-tech.com institutional website is processed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
5. Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS: All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS.
- bcrypt: Passwords are stored exclusively as salted hashes.
- JWT: Authentication based on short-lived tokens.
- RLS (Row Level Security): Each company can only access its own data in Supabase.
6. Data Retention
Data is retained while the account is active. After subscription cancellation, data is retained for 90 days for recovery and legal compliance purposes. After this period, data is permanently deleted from our systems. Users may request early deletion by sending a request to 4aspestcontrol@siso-tech.com.
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. This can be done directly within the 4AS Pest Control platform, under Meu Perfil → Zona de Perigo (My Profile → Danger Zone), or via the page 4aspestcontrol.siso-tech.com/excluir-conta. When performed by the account owner, deletion is irreversible and removes data as described on the deletion page itself. The platform interface is in Portuguese.
7. Your Rights (LGPD)
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), you have the right to:
- Confirm the existence of processing of your personal data
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
- Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary data
- Request portability of your data to another provider
- Revoke previously given consent
- Object to data processing in case of non-compliance with the LGPD

8. Cookies and Local Storage
The 4AS Pest Control platform uses localStorage to store session preferences and client-side authentication tokens. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools.
The siso-tech.com institutional website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for audience analysis and visitor behavior tracking.
GA4 may use cookies and similar technologies to collect browsing data, such as pages visited, time on page, traffic source, and device type.
Data collected by GA4 is processed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy. Users may disable tracking through browser settings or by using extensions such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
9. Minors
The 4AS Pest Control service is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or older. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can proceed with its deletion.
10. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be periodically updated to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Whenever there are significant changes, we will notify users by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
