Terms of Use
Please read carefully before using the 4AS Pest Control platform. By accessing the service, you agree to the conditions described below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the 4AS Pest Control platform, operated by SISO Tech, you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you should not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (or the company you represent) and SISO Tech.
2. Service Description
4AS Pest Control is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform developed by SISO Tech for pest control companies (fumigation, disinfestation, deratization, and related services).
The platform offers, among other features:
- Service order and scheduling management
- Client and contract registration and control
- Technical team and service route management
- Service reports and certificates issuance
- Financial control and billing
- Administrative dashboard with metrics and indicators
The service is provided exclusively online, accessible via web browser, with no local installation required.
3. Registration and Account
To use the platform, you must create an account providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. The user agrees to:
- Provide accurate registration data and keep information up to date
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and not share it with third parties
- Be solely responsible for all activities carried out with your account
- Immediately notify SISO Tech in case of unauthorized access
- Not assign, transfer, or share account access with other unauthorized users
SISO Tech reserves the right to suspend or close accounts with false information or that violate these terms, without prior notice.
4. Plans and Payments
The 4AS Pest Control platform offers the following subscription plans:
Free trial period
All plans include 7 days free, with no credit card required to start. The card will only be charged after the evaluation period ends, if you choose to continue.
All payments are securely processed by Stripe. SISO Tech does not store credit or debit card data. Prices are in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and may be updated with prior notice.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
The user may cancel the subscription at any time, directly through the platform dashboard or by email to 4aspestcontrol@siso-tech.com.
Cancellation takes effect immediately, but access remains active until the end of the already paid period.
No proportional refunds are granted for unused periods.
After closure, data remains available for 90 days for export, as per the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions cancelled during the free trial period incur no charges.
6. Acceptable Use
It is expressly prohibited to use the platform to:
- Register false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or unauthorized mass communications
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, systems, or data without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's source code
- Use scripts, bots, or automated tools to scrape or overload the system
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer platform access to third parties without written authorization
- Violate applicable laws, including data protection and intellectual property legislation
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without a right to refund, and may be reported to the competent authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, source code, design, trademarks, logos, interface, features, and documentation of the 4AS Pest Control platform are the exclusive property of SISO Tech and are protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.
The subscription grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform exclusively for the commercial purposes set out in these terms.
Data entered by the user on the platform remains their property. SISO Tech does not claim rights over the content of your operational data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SISO Tech is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform
- Data loss caused by the user's failure to maintain adequate backups
- Damages caused by misuse, unauthorized access, or unauthorized modifications to the user's data
- Service interruptions caused by factors outside SISO Tech's control (force majeure, third-party failures, etc.)
SISO Tech's total liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months of subscription.
9. Service Availability
SISO Tech will make best efforts to keep the platform available on a continuous and stable basis. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and interruptions may occur for reasons including:
- Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance whenever possible)
- Third-party infrastructure failures (Vercel, Render, Supabase)
- Security incidents or force majeure events
Information about the platform's status and ongoing incidents will be communicated by email or through the platform dashboard.
10. Changes to Terms
SISO Tech reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or business practices. Significant changes will be notified by email with a minimum of 15 days' notice. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Civil Code, the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018). The courts of Rio de Janeiro — RJ are elected as the venue for resolving any disputes arising from these terms, waiving any other, however privileged.
